Sign In/Sign Out
Late Drop Off
Arrivals after 10:15 AM require signing in at the office and a “Late Pass” for class entry.
Late Pick Up
Students must be picked up by 1:30 PM. Late pickups incur a $25 fee. Notify the office if an emergency delays you.
Early Dismissal
For early pickups, sign out in the office and bring an “Early Dismissal Slip” to the teacher.
Authorized Pick-Up
Students will only be released to listed guardians unless a signed “Pick-Up Authorization Form” is on file. Authorized persons must show ID.
Absences & Refunds
Tuition is non-refundable and non-prorated for absences.
Dress Code
Respectful attire is required. Girls in grades 1-7 should bring a scarf for Quran and Salah.
Liability
Parents are liable for damages caused by their children. Al-Manar is not responsible for students outside school premises or after hours.
